The issue has been resolved. We found that few problems
occurred due to unexpected shutdown or restart of servers. In addition, errors related to server’s communication were found in some of the previous workflow instances such as.
• Operation Time Out.
• Could not connect to SQL Server.
• Could not connect to Laserfiche database because it wasn’t mounted
